Wilson Okaka is a Ugandan Journalism and Communication professional trained in Uganda, UK, Italy, Sweden, and USA. He has published books, book chapters, and peer reviewed articles. Prof. Okaka is a member of many scientific and education networks. He has been to African, Asian, American, Middle East, and European countries.
