Child- and youth welfare law in Germany

Taking into account the KJSG of June 2021, the author presents child and youth law with SGB VIII at its centre in a clear and compact manner. Analyses and commentary appear consistently up-to-date and comprehensible, as he largely dispenses with legalese.
