Above (formal) work-life initiatives, results highlight the crucial role of a supportive organizational culture for achieving successful management of work and non-work roles.

Cornelia Ulrike Reindl studied Education Science and Psychology of Excellence in Business and Education (MA) at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and completed her PhD at the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Ingolstadt School of Management. She currently works in Hamburg as a consultant for health management in organizations.
