Perception helps to understand the world around us. It is the same in business life for companies customers. More a service or a product is perceived to be excellent by its stakeholders, better the producer company makes difference in its sector against its competitors. There are certain strategic components like image, reputation and brand which provide that to the company through perception engineering. Those experienced or felt value creators need to be well engineered and taken care of meticulously as to create desired meaning for the products or services on target audiences' perception. Results of two survey researches examined in this book proved that all the efforts for a distinguished image and for a respected reputation to build a unique brandare paid off.
