To what extent can student peer mentoring be seen as preparation for the teaching profession? In the context of a situation analysis according to Adele Clark (2012), the study asks what challenges peer mentors face in the field of educational science, how they deal with them and how they assess the development of their own pedagogical actions. The book provides findings for research on professionalisation as well as advice for the practice of university didactics.
