The book provides an insight into how system theory can be used to assess the quality of both the input, process and output components of the transformation system needed to produce graduates from a given academic department of a given tertiary educational institution. The outcome of the study provides basis of improving the quality of both input, process and output components of the transformation system in order to raise the observed falling quality of students in Business Education in Nigeria
