Chapter 4 (conclusion) is a synthesis of findings discussed in tandem with recommendations. The book contains a number of important photos as well as Kampala city landmarks.

He received education and training in: Journalism and Communication from: Uganda, UK,and the USA.Okaka belongs research, media, and scientific networks. He has travelled to states in Africa, Asia,Europe, and USA.
